Upon completion and payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except for:

You may not resell, redistribute, or rebrand our systems without written permission or a white-label license agreement.

 

7. App Store & Play Store Submissions

We handle app store submission and compliance processes as part of your package. However:

• Apple and Google have their own independent approval systems.
• We cannot guarantee approval but will make every reasonable effort to meet guidelines.

If your app is rejected for reasons beyond our control, we will advise revisions or alternative submission options.
 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about:

• Uninterrupted operation
• Compatibility with all devices or systems
• Increased revenue or customer performance outcomes

We do not guarantee specific business results, downloads, or user growth from app deployment
